Volunteer Opportunities

Judges: 7am – 3pm

• Attend judges meeting day of event
• Visit stations and watch team participation
• Evaluate teams final housing presentations

Team Leader:  7am – 1pm

• Lead assigned team through their stations
• Keep track of team’s score at each station
• Remain with team till they are done with each station

Station Leader: 7am – 12pm

• Lead assigned station by making sure teams understand rules pertaining to the game
• Remain at station till all participating teams are done

Clean Up Crew: 1pm – 4pm

• Keep the event grounds beautiful
• Collect trash during the event
• Help clean up after the event

Set Up crew: 6am – 8am

• Unload items
• Set up stage
• Organize field and classroom materials

Runner: 7am – 9am and 11am – 1pm

• Pick up ice during the day
• Assist with lunch coordination
• Support Station Leaders as needed
