"I would tell new cats to come into the program excited to learn from others. The Take Charge Cats hire from a diverse background of majors, minors, socioeconomic backgrounds, and hometowns so everyone is going to have a different level of experience with the material, the presenting, or the topics. There is no shame in learning and improving and everyone in the program is there to support anyone (new or old) who wants the help. So take chances and build your confidence through trial and error."
